A foreign-language study for kindergarten students in several Asian countries is occurred for a long time particularly in Thailand. Since St. Pere Emile Colombet extended the Roman-Catholic Sect into Bangkok Thailand and established a Christ College in Thailand called St.Gabriel Foundation Network, a foreign-language study especially English language for children in Kindergarten came into fashion and their parents gave more significance to this second language for their child although it is more expensive than other public kindergartens. (Martin De Tu) Nevertheless, schools in controlled by St. Gabriel Foundation Network also branch out and almost all alumni are renowned persons and gain national reputation from public such as members of Privy Councilor, Prime Minister, Ministers, Ambassadors, director-general, millionaires.(www.assumption.ac.th) From this success, nowadays most of kindergartens in Thailand about 50% add English language as a basic requirement into their curricular, and some schools also add a Mandarin language as fundamental requirement.(Bhichit Ratthagul)However, a few education intellectuals disagree with boards of school administration about adding second language being basic requirement in public kindergartens because there are numerous reasons; studying several language in the same time destroys an elementary pronunciation system and a basic hearing system in children, it is not necessary condition for kindergarten students, and it pressures children to become stress and leads them into Generalized Anxiety Disorder.(Surajit Jamornman)

Pertaining to studying every language, learners will get an access to four basic skills such as listening, speaking, reading, and writing. They are able to handle language proficiency when they take a lot of time to practice such a skills. For example, if learners want to understand what speakers talk, they have to often practice a listening skill like a reading and writing skill. With respect to speaking skill, they should practice speaking all the time and speak it clearly. It is not difficult if they study only one language. On the other hand, if they have to study more one language, it is difficult to practice and handle it while they study in a kindergarten level because children in this level are improving his language skill into order. Their teachers have to take heed of them in that time because if they did not get good advice from their teachers, they are unable to put their language skill into order and this problem have an adverse impact on them when they reach into mature. Moreover, if they study two languages or more two languages, they have to be taken care from teachers and their parents every step about systematizing their language skill into order; otherwise, they will face a serious problem such as the destruction of their pronunciation system and their basic hearing system. (Srisak Jamornman)Therefore, studying second language is disadvantage if starting to study in kindergarten is without taking care closely from teachers every step to study.

A language study is a main purpose that it is able to apply to communicate with other people around you properly and correctly. Regarding to children in kindergarten level, they are essential for communication with a few people such as their parents and relations, their neighbor, their classmates, and their teachers. A language used by them is only their mother tongues that enough. (Srisak Jamornman) As a result, studying foreign language as a second language is not necessary condition about children in kindergarten level. Furthermore, children in this level should spend time devise their imagination and begin to learn their likely stuffs by themselves rather than take time to study stuffs which their parent impose on them. Additionally, pressuring children to study whatever their parents want is forcing them to undergo tension. (Pawith Thongroth)Nonetheless, studying second language is probably suitable for children who are fond of language because it is able to supplement between what they want to do and what they should do.

Mourning extremely pressure on children in every approach including compelling them to study second language destroys their development and they have propensity for undergoing stress since they are merely children. (Udompong Punnakan) Stress makes a rippling effect on them in term of the child development such as a brain system, a blood-circulatory system, and a respiratory system. According to an illness report from Siriraj Hospital and Mahidol university, Thailand, children suffered from tension when they are young are faced with other inflections such as heart attack, hypertension three times as easy as children who did not undergo tension. Studying second language has to practice a lot and do it for a long time. For children in this level, paying attention in only one activity is difficult and unusual, and if they are exceedingly forced to do that, not only they undergo tension but they also may insist and continuously hate to do such an activity like study second language. Accordingly, their parents should make a suitable decision that children are appreciative to study second language whether or not. If they did not want to study, parents should not force them to do.(Srisak)

In conclusion, whereas studying foreign language as second language in kindergarten level is beneficial, parents should make a good decision that it is suitable for children whether or not because if it is inappropriate for children, studying second language becomes serious penalty for them in numerous aspects mentioned above. Parents want children to be happy or want them to be in trouble depending on their parent decision.

The increasing of population growth after the World War II was the significant factor to develop a business administration and to extend business opportunity as it brought about the increasing demand for merchandize and service. When the demand was met, businesses are necessary to respond to such a demand by meeting customers’ satisfaction and extending a new group of clients. However, if businesses want to pursue their customers’ need, they have to develop the new system and the new business device which is potential and powerful in order to support their jobs. It is inevitably “the Internet System”. Therefore, maybe it mentions that the appearance of Internet results from the enlarging of demand for merchandize steaming from the increasing of population growth. Moreover, it cannot appear and adopt into business if it has not had the potential computer technology and computer software. For example, Bill Gates cannot develop the browser called Internet Explorer or develop other software to support it if he did not initiate the specific software called Microsoft previously. This is merely one example of computer’s technology contributing to the development into Internet system.

Nowadays, everybody have accepted the contribution of Internet system and exploited this system to support his jobs both individual level and business level particularly the latter. You can notice from every web page on the Internet implicated the fundamental of a business matter. Why do entrepreneurs use Internet to support their business? It is not difficult to reflect this question. It is basically assumed that Internet takes numerous advantages to entrepreneurs; otherwise, they do not want to use it. From searching for information from several credible sources, I can summarize that entrepreneurs have three crucially positive effects of using Internet to buttress their businesses as follows: making the concept “Economy of Speed” to businesses(Pine, the New-Narco Capitalism) , increasing the competitive environment and competitiveness(Krugman, National Economic Productivity), and taking the availability to network with other businesses and organizations(Olrin, the Many available Network Marketing Business Opportunities) although in reality there are plenty of effects of using Internet system on business. In this paper, it mentions only three crucially important effects.

The first crucially important effect for using Internet system is that it can lead entrepreneurs to the concept of Economy of Speed. In 2002, the gigantic business sectors had to face the significant change in the production process when the big corporation, Toyota Motor Cooperation, theorized the new way of production process called “the Toyota Way”. In another word, it means the swifter businesses are, the more their benefits have. This theory emphasizes on the speed of production process and presently it is applied for other business sectors by using the Internet system to increase the speed of production process (Porter E, Strategy and Internet). For example, when customers send product orders to corporation through the corporation software on the Internet system, the employees in the part of production process acknowledge instantaneously about these orders, and then they can arrange raw material to produce. They cannot wait for these orders from selling co-workers. In the same time company may not cost the surpass wages for the workers in the extra time because they work in the normal time and economize for some raw materials which can share with other loops of product chain. For this reason, the products can produce and send to customers rapidly, and company can also reduce the total production cost from cutting cost of some raw materials. This principle applied from the Toyota Way Theory. In 2005 the business intellectuals and professors from several organizations and universities concoct a partial part of theory called “The Economy of Speed”

With the second advantage of using Internet System on Business sector, the Internet System can help small entrepreneurs to widen a new group of customer so as to increase their competitive power and competitive environment in their marketplace.(Porter, Competitive Strategy) It is intricate for small company particularly new small entrepreneurs to enlarge a group of customers and present their product to the public. If they want to extend a new group of client and present their product to the public, they have to spend a lot of money to do that such as making advertisement. Nevertheless, they can do it if they have only the Internet systems to support. It helps them to pay under a quite lower cost but sometimes it is more potential than hiring advertising company to propose products to customers. When small companies cut cost of advertisement, they are able to compete to bigger company in order to usurp market power, increase competitive environment, and enlarge a new niche of customer into their marketplace. Additionally, the consequence of increasing competitive power to small business makes directly the benefits of customers regarding more various product choices to consume both the part of a product quantity and product quality. From the repercussion of increasing competitive power and environment to small businesses, it leads to the enhancing of business opportunities with each other between big companies and big companies as much as big corporations and small corporations with regarding to having the availability to business networking. Amazon Company, Amazon.com, is the appropriate example in this case. The small businesses can use Amazon website to propose their products in the same time Amazon having large categories of products to sell till its website is one of ten world websites which are the larger Internet users. In this case it indicates that Amazon and small companies come into win-win situation and I can hypothesized that small businesses still depend on Amazon continuously, in the same solution, Amazon also exploits the benefit from them to enlarge his business more.(Johnson Mark, Amazon’s Smart Innovation Strategy) In addition to, other companies like Sony-Music Entertainment and Nokia Corporation is one of the proper case about business networking. Nokia links its system to the software of Sony-Music Entertainment via the Internet system when customers want to download mobile music or mobile ringtones. After customers completed to download them, Nokia will add these expenses to customers’ bill. Nokia did not devise its own software to support music service. It can exploit the benefits from the network connection with Sony-Music Entertainment via the Internet system and both of them take advantages with each other. (Temporal Paul, Hi-Tech and Hi-Touch)

In sum, the appearance of the Internet system is the significance stuff for business sectors in every level both big potent businesses and small powerful businesses including other Internet users because it gives them the benefits in several dimensions. For instance, they exploit the advantages of the Internet system for changing the level of speed in their production chains in order to lead to “Economy of Speed”. Moreover, they can take benefits from it for increasing the competitive power and competitive environment, and fostering the availability of their business networks with each other. From this information, I assume that the important role in the Internet system is probably more pivotal and more significant in the near future especially the significance of business sector.

The Advantages between the Day Students and the Night Students

What do you think about the advantages between the day students and the night students in traditional school system for reaching the purpose of education?

People time after time have given a signification of education especially school traditional system. You are able to prove from the governmental budgets of almost all countries in part of educational and human development expenditure increasing every year and the typical proportion of such a expenditure to the entire budget in several countries is more 35-40 % because the crucial purposes of education both traditional day school and traditional night school are enhancing social mobility of the student and generating high income to the student so as to propel national development in several aspects such as economy, sociality, and politic. Regarding traditional day school, whereas there are plenty of advantages: a lot of period of time to study, more activities to do both extracurricular activities and curriculum activities, and only concentration on study, the student of day school program is unable to be guaranteed that they will be accomplish to the purposes of education. On the other hand, the benefits of being night student as follows: ability to learn together with work, proficiency to making money, and potential to insight into their disciplines can probably reach the purposes of education more than the advantages of being day student.

Day students have a lot of time to study about eight hours a day, forty hours a week. If they have much time like that, I assume they can handle their disciplines unquestionably. However, according to research of educational study of University of Michigan, it report that in the present time nearly all day students take time to study less from maximum time to study about eight hours a day to most time to study approximately four hours and a half a day. For the less time, this report indicates they take time to entertain their life more than spend time out of class supporting their study. This cause makes adverse impact on the achievement of day students. Moreover, this repercussion causes the difficulties of day students to find their jobs in the near future. From this report, it also indicates that the advantage of current day students, more period of time to study, cannot guarantee they will be able to reach the purposes of education. On the contrary, night students who are able to learn together with work can spend their time supporting their bright life in the foreseeable future more because most of their time is taken to initiate constructive things even if they have less time to study in the traditional school than day students. According to the statement of Henry Ford, every time in his life is a work time and a study time though he spent a bit time studying in school. For this reason, time to work of night students is time to study of them, too even if it does not happen in the school. Plenty of time to study in school of almost all day students cannot guarantee that they can reach the purposes of education, in contrast, plenty of time to study together with work of nearly all night students are able to assure that they can reach the purposed of education.

Although all day students allow to attaining a lot of school activities both extracurricular activities and curriculum activities owing to having the suitable time, in reality they are option for a little bit students to do such a activities. From the report of one of the student affair organization, a number of students who attain to do extracurricular activities are less. This report mentions that current students turn attention to entertain activities from the accessible Internet more than attain to do extracurricular activities. Therefore, the advantage of day students to night student in the part of a lot of school activities becomes the thing that is no use making advantage to them at all. Contrastingly, night students turn to take advantage from taking day time which time is out of study to make a job and make money. Most of the day students take only one important responsibility, study in their school system although some day students might make a bit job approximately less twenty hours per week. If it is true, I assume day students can probably soak their mind into their subject and master them easily. From research of educational study, University of Michigan, the achievements of current day students are less inappropriately than former achievements of previous day students. Furthermore, the report also indicates that the causes of fewer achievements of day students are the less intention of them and spending time to do other things such as watching television, playing game online on the Internet which do not buttress their future lives. It is different from almost all night students who do not have enough time to do activities like them because most of the night students have to take time to work in day time and study in night time. Therefore, most of their time loses with activities which can help them to master their lives and their study. Additionally, study together with work can help them to gain insight into their major and help them to reach a purpose of education as well. For example, sixty-five percent of the master business administration program (MBA) students who can handle and have an insight on business administration and marketing are students who have work experience more three years according to the article of Harvard Business Review.

In sum, from these reasons mentioned above, most of the day students can reach the purposes of education: enhancement of their social mobility and generating their high income to propel economic development on condition that they execute and exactly exploit advantages of day students as follows: plenty period of time to study, more school activities both extracurricular and curriculum activities owing to more proper time, and only one responsibility. However, presently almost all day students cannot exploit such a advantages to support their study according to research and report mentioned above. On the other hand, night students can exploit advantages from equal life time. Therefore, nearly all night students can reach the purpose of education more than almost all day students.
